Race your teams offshore on their own luxury sailboats!

On two boats for ten people or thirty five boats for two hundred, your senior executives, managers, or entire departments will have the team building time of their lives!

Our optoinal pre-race training program on world class teamwork is taught by some of the greatest sailors in the world.  Your teams will learn the secrets of world-class teamwork for your own success in the workplace.

Crews will then raise their sails for an exciting afternoon sailboat race at sea!  With six crew members per boat (maximum), along with a Coast Guard licensed skipper, each crew will be sailing their own boats.  Each person will take turns at the wheel steering the boat, trimming the sails, navigating and keeping up morale.  Races are two miles offshore around a triangle course, and typically last around four hours.  A trophy presentation to the winning crew follows the race, either at the docks or back at the yacht club or hotel.
